Does ATN have the worst customer service?

ATN has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I own two high dollar scopes and am regretting purchasing them because of their customer service. My X-sight Pro seems to work fine. No complaints. I also have a ThOr 4 thermal. It freezes up at least once every outing. Their recommended update apparently doesn’t work for my scope.
