What does a closed fault mean?
Thanks wolf but that doesn’t tell me what, exactly, a closed fault is. an open fault that has, apparently, now been closed on the BT system. I took it to mean that a fault was registered and has now been closed due to a solution having been found. That was the case where I worked.
