I have the same Dell laptop model Inspiron N4050 and tried to upgrade to Windows 10. It is unusable because there is no compatible drivers for the Switchable graphics for Intel HD3000 and AMD Radeon 7450M. You will end up with a either a black screen or blue screen (bsod) with the current set of drivers.

Does the AMD n4050 support Windows 10?
AMD has no support for switchable graphics either for Windows 10. Neither does Dell support Windows 10 for N4050. So you will have to roll back to Windows 8 or Windows 7 like I did.
