Click New on the main menu and select Market Screener Plus. Allows you to monitor Orders, Positions, Executions, Accounts, and Messages that are sent from your broker via an installed broker plugin or if you are using eSignal Paper Trading. It can also be opened from the main menu by clicking Trade -> Account Manager.
Is eSignal data Level 2?

Does eSignal have an API?
The eSignal Desktop API (aka the ActiveX API) has been discontinued and is no longer available as an add-on service. As a replacement we recommend QLink for clients who wish to perform similar and improved functionality than what was previously available with the Desktop API (ActiveX).
How do I get an eSignal account?
To create a new page, click the eSignal button, , on the main menu followed by New Page (or click the plus [+] sign in the bottom left corner of the screen). You’ll see a New Window menu that will allow you to open various windows types. Select a window type then click Create.
