Is Caesar III a good game?

Caesar III is one of my favorite games. Been playing the Demo version since 2000 and got the full game only in 2005, playing a lot in 2005-2006, then in 2008, and a little since October 2011, when I also published this page, originally strictly to show cities built by me.

Is Caesar 3 better than settlers 2?

Caesar III is a much better game than Settlers II, and combines some of the best elements of both that game and SimCity.
