This is the same with SMTIV’s Lucifer design. When we think of Lucifer in the Megami Tensei series, we think of this beautiful angel that disobeyed God. Lucifer’s aliases are always good looking people and/or they look out of place and foreign compared to the rest of the game.

SMT IV had a really neat description of aligment and the return of ideas from SMT I and II who were forgotten in Nocturne and SJ… But they reused a lot of ideas, and don’t worked well with them, seriously, the minimalism worked for Nocturne but harm IV story, where characters as Hugo anf Hope are Forgot right after you leave Mikado.
